Rites Conducted for Florence Miller
Rites for Florence H. Miller, 90, who died April 26 at the Meeker County Memorial Hospital, Litchfield, were conducted April 28 from Gethsemane Lutheran Church, Dassel. The Rev. Charles Humphrey and the Rev. Joel Swedberg officiated at the service. Mrs. Leslie Benson was the soloist, and Mrs. Florine Osness was the organist.

Casketbearers were Edward Miller, James Miller, Harris Miller, Daniel Miller, Darrel Miller, and Torey Miller. Interment was in Steelesville Cemetery, rural Dassel.

Florence H. Miller was born Nov. 11, 1891, in Dassel Township, Meeker County, Minnesota. Her parents were Henry and Nettie Miller. She had lived east of Dassel in Dassel Township most of her life except for the past few years when she had been a resident of Cokato Manor Nursing Home and later the Emmanuel Home in Litchfield.

She is survived by a sister, Amy Miller, Dassel. She was preceded in death by five brothers and three sisters.
